What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We generally ship via a track and trace courier. Signature required because of the value of the item. However if you do not want to sign for it, please let us know. TIP: A business address is sometimes easier if there's always someone there.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we currently ship locally and to Australia. If you are in another country, please email us for details

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Generally 2-3 days in the Nth Island. 2-4 days in the south island. Allow up to 10 days to Australia.

Many people purchase through on-line stores. It is now one of the most common and easy way to buy. If something makes you feel unsure, always contact the store owner.

How do I place an Order?

Go to 'SHOP' click on the product category, then click again on the product. It may have several variations, so click the size and/or colour, then buy button. Click on the cart button at the top right of your screen. This will take you through the process.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you want to change your order please call us as soon as possible. If it has already been dispatched it could incur a freight charge.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you don't need an account to place an order. If you sign up to the newsletter, we only send seasonally newsletters, and/or we notify you of a sale or new products.

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order is logged with the courier service, and automatic notification will be sent to you, which will have the tracking number on it.

How Can I Return a Product?

Any returns for full payment (excl freight), must be in as new condition including the packaging.
