All pricing is in New Zealand dollars and includes GST

North Island 2 - 3 working days for delivery.
South Island 2 - 4 working days for delivery.
We do not share any personal details about our customers with any third party.
We only collect information necessary to process your orders (name, address, contact details, goods ordered). This enables us to be able to respond quickly to your queries regarding any product orders or returns.
Your credit card details are not stored in our system. Silk Room uses security provided by Thawte to encrypt any credit card information entered into the Checkout.
From time to time we may wish to contact you to inform you of upcoming special offers. If you dont wish to be contacted by us please uncheck the Please add me to your newsletter list button on the registration page.
We stand behind our prodcut range as only the highest quality of materials are used. Your duvet comes with a 10 year guarantee.
You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. The cost of return shipping will also be refunded.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of placing your package on the return courier; usually however, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the shipping time, refund and bank processing time. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
- Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
Orders that were returned after more than 30 days may only be eligible for a partial refund if you do choose to return it. If you still wish to return it, please package the time carefully (be sure to include the packing slip in the box), and ship the returned product to:

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for a non-faulty item, contact Silk Room with details. A replacement item will be couriered as soon as the faulty item is received by Silk Room.
