We do not share any personal details about our customers with any third party. Your credit card details are not stored in our system. Silk Room uses security provided by Thawte to encrypt any credit card information entered into the Checkout. From time to time we may wish to contact you to inform you of upcoming special offers. Guarantee and Refund Policy
We stand behind our prodcut range as only the highest quality of materials are used. Your duvet comes with a 10 year guarantee. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of placing your package on the return courier; usually however, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the shipping time, refund and bank processing time. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Orders that were returned after more than 30 days may only be eligible for a partial refund if you do choose to return it.
